Debbie Frempong

Cutler Real Estate asked Debbie a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Debbie's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I have a professional background in nursing, with experience in patient care, case management, and working closely with individuals and families. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. My healthcare experience has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail—skills I now bring into my real estate career to provide excellent service to my clients.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I chose a career in real estate because I have a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals. Just as I have cared for individuals and families throughout my nursing career, real estate gives me another opportunity to serve people during an important chapter of their lives. I enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients make confident decisions when buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live in the Columbus, Ohio area, and I enjoy the strong sense of community, diversity, and family-friendly atmosphere. I also love that the area continues to grow while still offering great neighborhoods, parks, schools, and plenty of opportunities. It’s a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.

4. How do you spend your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, fishing, watching soccer, and connecting with friends and my community. I also enjoy learning new things and staying involved in activities that allow me to meet and help people.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

If I could only keep five possessions, they would be my Bible, family photos, my phone, my wedding ring, and a fishing rod. Each represents something important to me—my faith, family, connection with others, cherished memories, and something I truly enjoy.

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Caring — I genuinely care about people and always try to be supportive, dependable, and helpful to those around me.
